AEI Revamps Event Management Process with FormAssembly’s Salesforce-Connected Forms

American Enterprise Institute, a public policy think tank, needed a better way to manage event registration and other data collection after relying on separate vendors, manual spreadsheets, and developer support for form changes. After moving to Salesforce, the organization looked for a form solution that could work with its CRM, reduce duplicate records, and support changing event and internal workflows without relying on IT.

FormAssembly provided Salesforce-connected forms with a prefill connector, matching rules, and custom JavaScript support, allowing AEI’s Salesforce admins to create and manage forms as needed. AEI said the platform replaced dozens of spreadsheets, docs, and emails, saved many hours, and supported more than 300 forms and 12,000 responses in a given year.
