Rhino, an insurtech company founded in 2017, was growing quickly and shifting to a hybrid/remote workforce, which made its existing benefits and perks harder to deliver fairly and effectively. The team wanted a more flexible, inclusive way to support employees across locations while also improving recruiting, retention, and employee recognition. To solve this, Rhino turned to Forma for a modern flexible benefits platform.
With Forma, Rhino launched five employee spending accounts: meals, learning and development, co-working, work-from-home, and wellness. The program made administration easier, reduced reimbursement burden, and gave employees choices that fit their needs regardless of where they worked. Rhino reported that 80% of employees were engaged on Forma’s platform and that Forma achieved a 99% CSAT rating, while the People Operations team spent far less time on administrative work.
