Palo Alto Networks debuts FLEXBenefits on Forma

Forma helped Palo Alto Networks implement a flexible benefits solution. The customer needed to move away from using multiple individual point solutions to manage employee benefits and perks for its large, global workforce.

The implemented solution, called FLEXBenefits, provides employees with a flexible subsidy that can be used across a wide range of categories such as physical wellness, mindfulness, and caregiving. As a result, Forma enabled Palo Alto Networks to effectively support over 11,000 employees across more than 20 countries with a quarterly spend of $250 per employee.
