Schär, a global leader in gluten-free food, sought to create a safe and enjoyable getaway to strengthen its community and boost brand awareness. They partnered with vendor ForgeBIT to fully plan, organize, and execute their Gluten-Free Weekend event.

ForgeBIT managed the entire event, including planning, on-site coordination, marketing, and workshops. The solution, held at the Valamar Hotel in Poreč, provided a completely gluten-free environment for approximately 50 participants. The outcome was an impactful event that resulted in overwhelmingly positive guest feedback, strengthened community bonds, and increased awareness of gluten-free living.
