Using ForeSee insights, L’Oréal Paris simplified site navigation, improved product browsing and search, and streamlined sign-up and consultation access. The results included a 20% increase in online customer satisfaction, nearly 10% improvement in navigation satisfaction, a 20% rise in time on site, and a 75% increase in opt-in registrations, while repeat visits and onsite consultation use also climbed sharply.
