ForeSee helped the Royal Canadian Mint focus on product browsing, navigation, and search, resulting in a redesigned site with better usability and a prominent on-site search feature. After launch, website satisfaction rose from the mid- to high-50s to 72, and sales increased 14% during the period, helping drive a 22% year-over-year revenue increase.
