Fast-Growing UK Fashion Company Relies on ForeScout to Expand Visibility, Monitor Device Connectivity and Ease Management

Boden is a fast-growing UK fashion retailer (founded 1991) with about 1,100 employees and thousands of devices across offices and distribution centers in the UK, U.S., Germany and Australia. Faced with a largely Cisco-based network, a mix of Windows and growing Mac/BYOD endpoints, and a small IT team managing on-premise e-commerce and three data centers, Boden needed better, centralized visibility into devices and automated controls to prevent rogue or insecure endpoints from putting the business at risk.

Boden deployed the ForeScout CounterACT platform and ForeScout Enterprise Manager (implemented with reseller BlueFort) using virtual appliances for agentless discovery and remote management. The three-day rollout expanded detection from ~4,000 to 7,500+ endpoints, automated network configuration and access changes, enabled integrations with existing tools, reduced IT effort, and delivered estimated annual savings of ~£161,000 (≈£805,000 over five years), all without interrupting users.
