Xtreme Drilling - Customer Case Study

Xtreme Drilling, with offices in Calgary and Houston, needed a more efficient way to improve productivity, reduce costs, and better connect executives and employees across multiple locations. Ford AV helped address this challenge with a videoconferencing solution designed to support daily collaboration between engineering teams, safety and training departments, field sites, and remote executives.

Ford AV installed a personal videoconferencing unit in the president and COO’s office for quick face-to-face meetings, along with a videoconferencing system featuring a unidirectional microphone, HD camera, and two 60" plasmas to connect remote locations in Houston and Calgary. The result was improved communication and collaboration across offices and field sites, helping Xtreme Drilling streamline daily operations and support more productive teamwork.
