The U.S. House of Representatives’ Veterans Affairs Committee needed a modern AV system for its boardroom to support organized and effective hearings, meetings, and discussions about veterans’ programs, current laws, and other affairs. Ford AV provided the upgrade, helping replace an outdated setup with a more flexible and communication-focused solution.

Ford AV implemented a digital system with push-to-talk units, individual gooseneck microphones, and a digital switching system that lets the chairman mute any or all microphones at the touch of a button. The installation also included custom-built line array speakers with DSP-based sound processing, assistive listening, and Internet streaming, resulting in clearer, more controlled, and more accessible boardroom communications.
