Salt Lake Community College worked with Ford AV to equip its Center for New Media, a 140,000-square-foot facility serving the school’s arts, communication, and new media programs. The college needed a modern broadcast and AV environment to support creative learning and production across multiple spaces.

Ford AV implemented a comprehensive AV and broadcast system for the facility, including a live production switching system with character generation and processing in the TV control room, HD broadcast camera systems, teleprompters, and intercoms in the TV studio, plus a 144x144 HD routing system and a 48-channel SSL mixing console. The result was a fully integrated, state-of-the-art media center with advanced production capabilities throughout the building.
