Saint Francis Health System, a long-time customer of Ford AV, needed to renovate the Warren Room executive boardroom at Saint Francis Hospital in Tulsa into a more capable presentation and collaboration space. The challenge was to support sound, video presentation, and control needs for executive meetings, including teleconferencing and multimedia presentations.

Ford AV implemented a complete AV and control system featuring a 3400 ANSI lumen dual-lamp projector, a 6' x 8' high-contrast screen, a true 16 x 16 digital mix-minus audio system, and dual touchscreen control for the podium and a portable assistant station. Ford AV also linked the Warren Room and another presentation theater at the Laureate Psychiatric Clinic and Hospital through Crestron E-control, giving support staff remote access and improving assistance across separate campus buildings.
