A Ford AV Case Study
Rogers State University was looking to expand and improve distance education across multiple campuses, with the goal of raising the bar for remote learning and classroom connectivity. Vendor Ford AV helped address this need with an AV solution centered on videoconferencing and high-resolution video transport between classrooms in three cities.
Ford AV installed 1080p videoconferencing codec systems in each campus classroom, along with point-to-point high-resolution encoder/decoder units with HDMI and networked remote control accessible from any of the three rooms. At the main campus, Ford AV also provided a true-digital high-definition videoconferencing bridge, creating a seamless interconnection that improved collaboration across campuses and supported RSU’s growing distance education program.
