Oklahoma Heart Hospital - Customer Case Study

Oklahoma Heart Hospital is one of only four U.S. centers offering the Pritikin Intensive Cardiac Rehab program, which helps patients recover from heart attacks, heart surgery, and other cardiac procedures. To better support these classes and patient education, Oklahoma Heart Hospital contracted Ford AV to upgrade its cardiovascular rehabilitation room, multipurpose room, and educational kitchen.

Ford AV installed an overhead camera system and displays in the kitchen so patients could watch the instructor prepare meals, and added displays throughout the Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Room to provide entertainment while patients exercised. The upgrades improved the patient experience and helped the hospital better deliver its rehabilitation and education program, though no specific quantitative results were provided.
