A Ford AV Case Study
The Oklahoma City National Memorial Museum needed an immersive, reliable way to present the story of April 19, 1995, and the days that followed through a chronological, self-guided exhibit. Ford AV provided the sound and video integration for the interactive walk-through museum, helping support the Memorial’s educational mission with AV systems designed for a deeply moving visitor experience.
Ford AV implemented a distributed audio and video solution featuring multiple speakers and amplifiers, sound sticks for private listening, dozens of DVD players, televisions, projectors, plasma displays, computers, touch panel control, and more than 50 interactive HD displays. The installation also included video walls, automated system-wide control and monitoring, and outdoor digital signage and wayfinding kiosks, resulting in a comprehensive, engaging memorial experience with measurable scale across the facility.
