IMA Financial Group, one of the top U.S. insurance brokers, was building a new headquarters in Denver and wanted to create an impressive visitor experience while also upgrading internal communications. Ford AV was brought in to deliver modern audiovisual and collaboration technology that would support both customer-facing spaces and day-to-day team communication.

Ford AV implemented a range of solutions, including an 84" touch display in the main boardroom, integrated touchpanel controls, divisible café and barista spaces with projection and multiple displays, videoconferencing rooms, a 2x2 video wall in the lobby, and IPTV across the campus. The result was a more engaging headquarters with flexible presentation and conferencing capabilities and a simple, dependable network-based TV distribution system.
