First Baptist Church of The Woodlands needed a high-energy, contemporary AV system for both its youth auditorium and 3,000-seat sanctuary, while also dealing with challenging wireless conditions from an adjacent racetrack and nearby Air National Guard activity. Ford AV was selected to design and install the audio-visual solution, including wireless mics, mixing consoles, distributed sound, fiber-optic wiring, and HD video projection.

Ford AV implemented a 22-channel wireless mic system, a digital front-of-house and on-stage monitor mixing console, audio systems, distributed sound, fiber-optic infrastructure, and 18,000-lumen HD video projectors. The result was a high-performance AV environment that gave the church easier control over complex mixes and better support for its growing congregation.
