Dell Diamond, home of the Round Rock Express baseball team, needed a stadium-wide audio solution that would deliver consistent, high-quality sound across its 11,500-seat, $25 million facility. Ford AV provided the distributed sound system and related AV services to meet the challenge of covering the playing field, seating areas, suites, and support spaces.

Ford AV installed 27 weatherproof speaker clusters around the field plus 225 70-volt speakers throughout the rest of the stadium, along with dedicated sound for the 24 suites, conference center, concession areas, restrooms, clubhouses, and press box. The result was a flexible, high-performance system with multiple audio feeds and programming options that let spectators enjoy the same quality sound from any seat or area in the stadium.
