ConocoPhillips, a leader in American energy, needed to outfit its 20-floor, 528,000-square-foot EC3 corporate complex in Houston’s Energy Corridor with modern AV capabilities for collaboration, conferencing, and navigation. Ford AV was brought in to support the deployment of a large-scale integrated audio-video environment across the building, including rooms, shared spaces, and training areas.

Ford AV implemented 122 video conference room systems and 80 huddle spaces with digital switching, touch panel control, interactive multi-touch work surfaces, videoconferencing, and room-scheduling systems, along with 24- to 42-inch interactive wayfinding kiosks and 23 digital signage display stations. The result was a fully connected corporate hub designed to improve communication, collaboration, and wayfinding across the facility, though the case study does not provide specific quantitative performance metrics beyond the scale of the installation.
