Caesars Palace Casino, one of the nation’s most iconic casinos, needed professional audio and visual support for two very different spaces: a 30,000 sq. ft. Palace Ballroom used for headliner entertainment and a luxurious corporate boardroom. Ford AV was brought in to provide a distributed sound system and an AV system suited to the scale and prestige of the property.
Ford AV installed a ballroom system with central speaker clusters supported by 236 ceiling speakers, 232 amplifiers, 19 projector screens, and more than 20,000 feet of wire, delivering full coverage across the large event space. In the boardroom, Ford AV added rear-screen projectors, teleconference capabilities, and individual microphone/speaker units for each participant, resulting in a flexible, high-performance communication environment for meetings and presentations.
