BG Group, a global energy company, was moving its North American headquarters into a new downtown building spanning more than 10 floors and needed AV systems for over 140 rooms, including lobbies, hallways, the trade floor, and conference rooms. Ford AV was brought in to deliver a comprehensive audiovisual solution to support communication throughout the facility.

Ford AV implemented videoconferencing and digital signage across multiple rooms, along with video walls in reception areas and on the “BG Advance floor” to create an always-on HD link to the UK and support large-group meetings. On the trade floor, Ford AV also installed monitors for real-time market, weather, news, and Ship Net tracking, helping BG Group improve visitor engagement, internal communication, and trader awareness across the headquarters.
