CHI Health at Home, the home-based services arm of Catholic Health Initiatives, was buried in paper records across 28 markets and needed to automate manual intake and document workflows to reduce duplicate work and improve employee productivity. To solve this, the agency implemented Forcura’s Document Tracking solution in 2016 and later added Forcura’s Intake & Referral Management module, integrated with the Homecare Homebase EHR platform.

Forcura digitized CHI Health at Home’s document workflows and intake processes, creating searchable, HIPAA‑compliant medical records and real‑time visibility into order status. As a result, nearly 50% of outstanding orders are processed in under 10 days, unsigned orders over 30 days have dropped, cash flow improved, and offsite storage costs have fallen to about $4,500 per month; the rollout freed staff from repetitive tasks and was expanded from a two‑office pilot to the entire organization.
