Growth Requires AudioNova to Focus on a Comprehensive Security Solution

AudioNova, one of Europe’s largest hearing-aid retailers with over 1,200 stores in 13 countries and headquarters in Rotterdam, was struggling to manage growth-driven security needs. Multiple, regionally deployed on-prem web and email security solutions left its small IT team overwhelmed and made consistent policy enforcement and support across international locations difficult.

To simplify management and scale with the business, AudioNova expanded its use of Forcepoint Web and Email Security Cloud to about 3,500 users and all locations, replacing disparate systems with a single cloud platform. The global rollout was fast and low-maintenance, drastically reducing IT helpdesk calls, enabling tailored policies (e.g., allow social media access but block posting and games), and delivering the scalability and control the company required.
