A Forcepoint Case Study
Bice Bank, a Chilean corporate banking group founded in 1979, faced heightened cyber risk after a series of large-scale attacks hit Chile’s financial sector in 2018 and spurred accelerated regulation. The main challenge was preventing information leakage driven by unpredictable human behavior while aligning security controls with business rules rather than forcing the business to adapt to technology.
In July 2018 the bank adopted Forcepoint CASB and DLP and rolled out continuous internal training to create a human-centered, dynamic security model that anticipates incidents. The solution reduced leakage risk, aligned controls with daily business processes, and delivered added value through stronger protection, improved customer service and better support for sales.
