RWC Group, a full-service dealership for new and used commercial trucks, buses, and parts across Alaska, Arizona, California, and Washington, had struggled with multiple sales systems before adopting ForceManager. Reps used different CRMs and spreadsheets, and a 1½ year period without CRM followed when those platforms did not perform as expected. The main issue was usability, especially when mobile access and sales activity logging broke down.
RWC Group selected ForceManager after testing several CRM systems with its field sales team and finding it the easiest to use. The mobile app, including offline use, made reporting easier in areas without cell coverage and helped reps log activity more consistently. Since implementing ForceManager, the team has improved customer relationship tracking and sales activity visibility, allowing managers to identify neglected accounts more quickly and direct resources more effectively.
