Before the change, its insurance agents relied on calendars and Microsoft Excel to manage visits and reports, which made it difficult to measure activity and limited time in the field.
ForceManager provided a mobile sales platform that worked across devices and let Mútuacat customize data fields for recruitment, training, sales management, prospecting, support, administration, and opportunity development. With real-time check-ins and better visibility, managers could assign tasks and compare activity by zone and channel. In 2015, sales doubled versus 2014, the number of people covered also doubled, premium turnover increased by 14.4%, and the economic outturn improved by 26.9%.
