ASICS Dubai, the UAE arm of the Japanese sports brand, was expanding across the UAE and neighboring Middle Eastern countries when it needed a better way to manage its technical representatives. The team was visiting distributor stores to deliver training, track product lines, and count stock, but activity updates were being shared by email and spreadsheets, leaving managers with limited real-time visibility. ASICS worked with ForceManager to get all of this information into one application.
ForceManager customized the system for ASICS Dubai with geographically assigned accounts, personalized forms, and activity types including Training and Education, Sales Support, Visual Merchandising, and Store Check. It also added an incident module to log issues during visits and track follow-up actions. After implementation, reports were generated automatically and custom reports were created for account activity summaries, helping ASICS improve efficiency, reduce time spent on reporting, and complete more work, while its visit and follow-up objectives were achieved within a little over a year.
