Dynomax, an aerospace supplier in Wheeling, IL, needed real-time machine performance measurement to reduce downtime, identify bottlenecks, and increase capacity in a low-volume/high-mix environment. To collect OEE/KPIs, gain full production transparency, and integrate with its Epicor ERP, Dynomax chose FORCAM and its FORCAM FORCE™ Industrial IIoT platform.

FORCAM delivered a phased implementation—starting with a 6‑machine FORCAM FORCE™ pilot for real-time data collection, visualization and alerts, then Epicor ERP integration via FORCAM’s OpenAPI and a DNC/document-control module—providing shop-floor connectivity and analytics. As a result of FORCAM’s solution, Dynomax achieved over 20% OEE improvement in three months, increased machine utilization and direct labor efficiency, improved on-time delivery, and created a scalable template for a planned 200‑machine rollout.
