Future IM/Pact Plants Seeds of Gender Diversity with Forage

Future IM/Pact, a non-profit organization, sought to build a pipeline of female talent for Australia's investment management industry, where women are significantly underrepresented. Their challenge was a lack of resources to run an intensive, multi-week boot camp and a need to effectively reach, engage, and qualify potential candidates on a large scale. They turned to the vendor Forage and its virtual internship program to address this.

Using Forage's virtual experience platform, Future IM/Pact launched an Investment Management Virtual Internship Program. This solution allowed them to cultivate a database of highly qualified candidates, assess their commitment, and provide valuable engagement. The results were substantial, with the program enrolling over 1,000 female students in Australia and reaching 21,500 students globally, 52% of whom were women. Forage enabled the organization to confidently recommend top-tier candidates to its partner firms, dramatically increasing its impact and reach.
