UniMerse, an events and venue operator running concerts and festivals, faced the challenge of increasing live-audience engagement, monetization and remote reach. They partnered with Fora Soft to deploy an integrated solution—AR gamification, low-latency live streaming, on-demand content and a loyalty/discount system—to make shows more interactive and drive repeat visits.

Fora Soft implemented AR “coin” drops attendees collect and redeem for rewards (backstage visits, photos, coupons), sub‑second latency HD streams for up to 10,000 viewers, and an on-demand/news feed with sponsored discounts and loyalty credits. The solution boosted engagement and conversions (up to 20% uplift), expanded remote viewership and opened new sponsorship revenue streams for UniMerse.
