Bridgewood Manor Hotel & Spa, part of RBH’s portfolio, needed to turn siloed guest data into actionable marketing to drive direct bookings and reduce reliance on OTAs. For-Sight was engaged to provide its For-Sight Guest Engagement solution to centralise data across different brands and PMS providers and enable targeted, personalised campaigns.
Using For-Sight Guest Engagement, For-Sight helped segment Bridgewood Manor’s audience by variables such as previous occupancy, booking type, last stay date, distance and prior spa breaks, then executed a multi-channel campaign (email, direct mail and targeted social). The campaign delivered a 52% increase in direct bookings month‑on‑month, an 84% spike in the week of launch and a 38% rise in ADR, demonstrating clear uplift in direct revenue and reduced OTA dependence.
