Rehabilitation Support Services (RSS), a New York-based provider of substance use disorder and mental health services, needed a better way to work with its data. After relying on an external analytics platform, the agency was spending time moving AWARDS data into another system and occasionally losing information, while also wanting more flexible dashboards and a simpler user experience.

Foothold Technology addressed this by connecting RSS’s AWARDS data directly to InSights and building custom dashboards tailored to the agency’s needs. Foothold also helped map free-text notes into structured data, giving RSS a more accurate real-time view of care and service gaps. As a result, RSS can now track services like primary care, dental visits, and flu shots, report more effectively on Medicaid and Medicare clients, and better demonstrate program outcomes to funders.
