How an Agency Kept Its Doors Open After a Disaster

Community Counseling Center of Southern Nevada, a behavioral health agency serving men, women, and families in Las Vegas, faced a major challenge when a fire destroyed its building, computers, archives, and paper records. The disaster left staff unable to access the facility and raised urgent concerns about how to continue serving clients without interruption.
