ZERO TO THREE, a nonprofit founded in 1977 that supports parents, professionals, and policymakers to give babies and toddlers a strong start, struggled with a legacy association solution (Nimble) that forced a limiting person-account data model. That constraint prevented effective use of Salesforce for fundraising, member and grant management, and sales pipeline reporting, leaving staff reliant on manual spreadsheets and fragmented data.
Fonteva implemented a Salesforce-native association platform tailored to ZERO TO THREE’s needs, providing flexible data models, integrated payments, analytics, reporting, and a modern member portal. The result: manual processes eliminated, staff running their own reports, the ability to measure and advertise donation impact, and user adoption more than doubled (from 29 to 60), enabling stronger fundraising and outreach.
