The Florida Bar, which serves over 100,000 licensed lawyers in Florida and has nearly 70 years of organizational history, faced deeply entrenched legacy systems (including IBM AS/400) that hindered secure payment processing, member engagement, and digital transformation. Modernizing core workflows and meeting strict security and membership-management needs felt difficult with the old, homegrown tools.
