The Broad Center, a nonprofit that develops leaders for underserved urban schools, needed a faster, more reliable way to manage its mission-critical annual forum and regional learning events. Without a dedicated CRM or events platform they faced costly, disconnected workflows (including expensive Cvent on-site fees) and lost attendee engagement data, and needed an easy way to build custom event pages with dependable data capture.
Fonteva implemented its Salesforce-native Events platform, giving The Broad Center a self-service event portal and out-of-the-box tools for registrations, session management, and presenter proposals while keeping all data in Salesforce. The result: event site build time dropped from 8 hours to 60 minutes, event management costs fell 25%, processes were streamlined to increase revenue and user adoption, and admins gained immediate access to consistent, actionable event data.
