MHA OK Consolidates Data Silos with Fonteva

The Mental Health Association Oklahoma (MHA OK) is a trade association of more than 100 staff dedicated to mental health advocacy, education, research, service and housing. The organization struggled with legacy software, data silos (including separate event registration databases) and limited reporting, which prevented a 360° view of constituents and coordinated communications.

MHA OK implemented Fonteva on the Salesforce platform, migrating legacy data and training staff to create unified constituent records that combine contact details, donation history, event registrations/attendance, relationships and marketing responses. The solution added drag‑and‑drop reporting and custom web forms, enabled online event registration for 750+ attendees, and gave MHA OK the consolidated data and tools to deliver strategic, targeted communications.
