Homeless Link is the national membership body for over 790 homelessness charities in England working to end rough sleeping, which has risen 165% since 2010. The organisation needed a modern Membership and Events solution to automate joining and renewal, improve reporting and the events experience, and better manage member data and engagement from its single London office.
