BCACC Provides Better Member Benefits with Fonteva

The British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) is a professional, regulatory association with nine staff and over 2,600 members that struggled with hard-copy member records, limited staff resources, member frustration, and manual directory searches. BCACC needed a configurable, cloud-based association management system that would let members upload credentials, track continuing education, support a private social community, and make it easy for the public to find qualified counselors by specialization and location.

BCACC selected Fonteva (built on the Salesforce platform) and configured it to handle membership applications, credentialing, automated event registration, private online communities, and a “Find a Counsellor” search. Members now update demographics and access invoices online, the public can search counselors by personalized criteria, staff track and report search-query effectiveness, and the organization benefits from improved data integrity, security, reporting, and significantly reduced administrative burden.
