Luxe Design Supply Build tackled a massive renovation at Harrah's Casino in Reno, Nevada—two full blocks worth of spaces—where coordinating multiple departments, removing and tracking room contents, and managing hazardous-material paperwork created major logistical challenges. To handle that scale they adopted Fonn software to coordinate removals, tagging, categorization, and warehouse moves while trying to eliminate paper-based processes for asbestos and inventory documentation.

Using Fonn, Luxe Design Supply Build implemented digital forms, checklists, reporting, and inventory logging so crews in the field can tag items and warehouse teams can record receipts in the same system.
