To solve those challenges they rolled out the Follow Up Boss CRM in October to give agents a single synced system for leads, calls, texts and accountability.
Follow Up Boss was implemented across the team to centralize contacts, track marketing and phone activity, and enforce follow-up (agents must make 10 calls a day to take team leads). The platform made tracking and accountability simple for managers and helped agents stay on schedule—new hires now write contracts within about 30 days versus the prior 90–120—boosting productivity and putting more money in agents’ pockets as the Ashton Real Estate Group continues scaling toward its revenue goals. Follow Up Boss is credited with being a game-changer for the team’s follow-up and performance.
