Butlers Chocolates - Customer Case Study

Butlers Chocolates, the Irish luxury chocolate brand, approached Folk Digital looking to preserve its core identity while elevating the rest of the brand, especially its website, to better reflect the premium feel of its high street boutiques. The project centered on a Kooomo ecommerce design and build, with supporting photography and brand refinement.

Folk Digital created a more sophisticated visual identity with updated typography, refined colours, metallic accents, and a more fashion-led photography style that positioned the chocolates as luxury objects. Folk Digital also refreshed the tone of voice and redesigned the website with larger imagery and a smoother user journey to make shopping seamless; the bespoke Kooomo build took approximately four months.
