The customer, Slite, a knowledge base for teams, needed an effective way to manage its key partnership marketing strategy to build strong relationships and avoid losing important personal details about partners. The vendor, folk, provided its CRM to solve this. The solution included importing contacts from LinkedIn and CSV files, using a Chrome extension, and organizing them with custom tags. Results included easy management of a live partner database, automated duplicate cleanup saving significant time, and the ability to send personalized bulk emails and track pipelines with a Kanban view.
