Tentoo generates leads 5x faster after switching to interactive white papers

Tentoo, a 25-year-old provider of HR, payroll, and freelance services, faced the limitations of static PDF white papers—poor responsiveness, no granular analytics, and easy redistribution. To become a stronger “knowledge partner” and better understand reader behavior, Tentoo switched to interactive digital white papers using the Foleon platform (since early 2017) to present content more attractively and track engagement.

Foleon helped convert existing PDFs, provided training, and enabled gated social login and analytics; distribution via Tentoo’s channels and partners drove rapid adoption. The switch produced clear results: 5x faster to reach the desired number of leads, 140 requests in five weeks (nearly matching five months of PDF downloads), 55% of readers completed the white paper, 65% used social login, and bogus leads dropped from about 10% to virtually zero—prompting Tentoo to expand Foleon usage across other content types.
