Taalcentrum-VU, a language and communication agency, faced rising print costs and the administrative burden of maintaining a mailed magazine (Taaljournaal) while wanting to continue offering high-quality, engaging content to readers. To modernize their contact magazine and reach a wider digital audience, Taalcentrum-VU chose the Foleon platform to launch the online magazine CNTXT.
Using Foleon (with Google Analytics integration) Taalcentrum-VU built a flexible, multimedia digital magazine and used analytics plus a small reader survey to continually optimize content—cutting back on less-read customer interviews and emphasizing popular language tips and practical features. The result: strong reader engagement, consistently positive feedback, about 4,000 free subscribers, data-driven improvements after ten issues, and even some clients adopting Foleon themselves.
