ACTIAM, a global asset manager overseeing over €60 billion in assets, needed a faster, more consistent way to produce diverse marketing content—especially its monthly newsletter “ACTually”—while working with scarce resources and moving away from PDF publications that limited website traffic and readership insights. To address these challenges, ACTIAM adopted Foleon’s Template Manager to streamline creation, enforce brand consistency, and gain better visibility into content performance.
Foleon conducted an intake and delivered branded, reusable templates aligned with ACTIAM’s website, enabling the team to produce digital publications in about one day and even publish event recaps within 24 hours. By using nine templates across three use cases (newsletter, event communication, presentations), ACTIAM saved time, maintained on‑brand output, and plans to leverage Foleon’s analytics dashboard to set measurable engagement goals and expand the platform’s use internally.
