Quest Alliance, a mission-driven not-for-profit in India, faced the challenge of delivering its large digital content library to youth across regions with highly variable and often nonexistent internet connectivity. They needed a simple, multi-device platform capable of working offline while managing complex gamified learning, content reuse, and data collection. Focaloid Technologies partnered with them to engineer a comprehensive cloud-based gamified learning platform.

Focaloid developed an Android and web platform featuring an offline-capable Raspberry Pi server (LearnPi) and a syncing mobile app, converting hundreds of hours of content for engaging, gamified lessons. The solution included a full LMS, student management, and real-time analytics. This resulted in a 60% reduction in deployment costs via LearnPi, over 190,000 youth trained, and 25,000 students learning through offline digital content across 50+ centers.
