The solution included a range of tax-efficient savings and pension accounts offering numerous Vanguard funds. This resulted in an 88% customer approval rating, £13.7 billion in assets under administration, and Vanguard being named a Which? Recommended Provider. FNZ and Vanguard continue to work in partnership on further enhancements.
