Opportunity Village, founded in 1954 and nicknamed “Las Vegas’ Favorite Charity,” serves nearly 2,000 adults with intellectual and related disabilities through vocational, day services, arts, and advocacy programs. Before FMX, the organization relied on an outdated CMMS that tracked only maintenance, forced pen-and-paper scheduling and transportation requests, limited user access, wasn’t cloud-based, and centralized work orders through a single executive assistant—creating communication gaps and slow response times.

Adopting FMX’s modular, cloud-based platform gave Opportunity Village a one-stop system for maintenance, planned maintenance, scheduling, and transportation with a color-coded calendar, custom recurring dates, and configurable user permissions. The change improved staff adoption and organization, reduced work order response and resolution times, enabled better workflows for complex fundraising events (supporting staffing and capital requests), strengthened community communication, and drew praise for ease of use and strong customer support.
