J.O. Combs Unified School District, located southeast of Phoenix, Arizona, needed a more comprehensive approach to rising utility costs and extreme summer temperatures while continuing to provide safe, comfortable learning environments. Working with MidState Energy (Veregy) and implementing the Orchestrate platform with FMXfacilitymanager, the district centralized facilities, maintenance, and event management while optimizing building performance. The initiatives are projected to save $700K annually in energy costs, cut work order processing time by 50%, consolidate event rentals to capture revenue, and boost district-wide productivity and communication.
