Rocketship Education, a Redwood City–based network of 13 public elementary charter schools serving 7,000 students, struggled to manage facilities requests across campuses. By implementing FMX, Rocketship gained unlimited external vendor access, clearer visibility into work, and simple mobile and email-based request submission; staff and vendors were trained in under 10 minutes. The change led to dramatically faster vendor engagement—about 90% of vendors respond more quickly, overall vendor response time fell by 86%, and typical turnaround dropped from 1–2 weeks to 1–2 days.
